Is cycling in Leuven safe?
Leuven is one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world. Just about the whole tour takes place on designated bike routes except for the old city center where cars are not allowed. It is really the ideal city for a bike tour!
What's the minimum and maximum size of a group?
Minimum depends on the period and availability of tour guides. Regarding the maximum size, quality and safety are key features to our bike tours so we prefer to tour with a maximum of 15 guests, unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the guide. We usually add an extra guide for additional guests.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is different for every tour. The tours that require tickets or entrances to our partners experience have stricter cancellation policy due to administrative, availability and organization processes.
What if it rains?
We love to share our passion and knowledge for our city, so much that we will never cancel a tour due to weather conditions unless otherwise mandated by the city authorities or government.
What is included in an Leuven Bike Tour?
An Leuven Bike Tour includes: the bikes (e-bikes upon request and availability), the coolest guides in the city, helmets (optional), tips and tricks after the tour to skyrocket the rest of your stay.
Is a reservation needed in advance?
A reservation is required in order to confirm your booking. Reservation and pre payment is also needed for private tours.
What are the payment options?
We support all major credit cards and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, as well as popular solutions like Wero, iDeal, Bancontact, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Kakao Pay, Link, MB WAY, MobilePay, Revolut Pay, Samsung Pay, Satispay, BLIK, EPS and Pix. Payment with cash is possible on request.
Where is departure location?
Please be present 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. All our tours start and end at our office: Martelarenlaan 36 – 3010 Leuven.
What about a no-show?
Please let us know if you will not be able to ride with us on a booked tour: [email protected] or +32 451 03 49 81. We will do our best to reschedule otherwise the full amount will be charged.
Can children join the bike tours?
Children can strictly join a bike tour together with their parents or relatives and only under private bookings for safety reasons. Children seats on an adult bike or a separate smaller bike is provided at an extra cost.
